I need some help with this. the site is ready, but I'd like it to be better. Anyone have any skills?

i have some skills in said matter, mostly enough to get myself into trouble, can do basic design and so fourth, have gotten really good at installing php based stuff and forums of the like. let me know what ya need and ill let you lknow if i can manage it.
